Snake Blocker leads Apache-3 Inc. as President and CEO. He is a retired U.S. Navy veteran with two decades of military logistics and government contracting experience — including deputy program management, logistics direction, role-player and training support, and combatives instruction — under prime contractors including Cubic Global Defense, NEK Services, KBR, and Four Horsemen International across the U.S., the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific. He is a tribal member of the Lipan Apache Tribe of Texas and serves as the company's Government Business POC.

Mona Dhillon is a founder of Apache-3 Inc. and the company's HR and recruiting consultant. She supports workforce planning, recruiting coordination, hiring workflows, people operations, onboarding design, and training enablement for Apache-3 customers across government, prime contractor, and commercial teams.

Naveen Dhillon is Senior AI Platform & Security Engineer at Apache-3 Inc. and the author of Prompt to Product: The Professional's Guide to AI Prompting (April 2026). He works as an independent consultant under Apache-3, partnering with clients including FairPlay AI on scalable machine learning systems — focused on increasing loan lending fairness by adapting ML models into human-digestible formats that drive transparency and equity. He is also Apache-3's alternate Government Business POC.

Brigadier General Fred P. Lewis, Ret., U.S. Air Force, serves as a Board Advisor to Apache-3 Inc. He brings experience leading doctrine, policy, and operations at the headquarters and joint-command level — including service as Director of Weather at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Director of the Joint Transportation Corporate Information Management Center at U.S. Transportation Command, and commander of a weather squadron and a computer systems group.
