What we collect
apache3.com is a marketing site. We collect the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, organization, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, message, and your consent to be contacted). The contact form also collects a hidden honeypot field used to detect automated submissions.
Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, request path) may be retained by our hosting provider for a limited period as part of normal site operations.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are emailed to the Apache-3 Inc. Government Business POC (s@apache-3.com) and you receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
apache3.com does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Server logs and basic operational metrics may be collected by our hosting provider. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
Children
apache3.com is intended for prime contractors, government buyers, and commercial customers. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
